We’re back at Newark Autojumble for another BARGAIN HUNT! 🏍️🔧 This time I’ve actually got a shopping list! Since buying back my 2002 Yamaha Fazer 600 after more than 20 years, there are a few parts and bits I need to get it back into shape — so Newark Autojumble seemed like the perfect place to start looking. We’ll have a good rummage around the stalls, see what Fazer parts and useful tools we can find, check out some of the bikes for sale and, knowing me, probably end up buying something that wasn’t on the list! I didn’t plan on buying another motorcycle… but sometimes a bike comes along that you just can’t walk away from. In this video I’m taking a look at a 2002 Yamaha FZS600 Fazer that hasn’t exactly had an easy start back into life. The ignition key wouldn’t turn, the battery was dead, the tyres were almost flat and then the old Datatool alarm decided to come back to life and cause absolute chaos! But there’s a very good reason why I wanted this particular Fazer — and as the video goes on, all will be revealed. We’ll dig through its history, see what work it’s had done over the years and find out whether I can get this 24-year-old Yamaha properly back on the road. I’ve spent the last two weeks with the BSA Scrambler 650, riding it on the road and getting a proper feel for what this bike is all about. But there was one thing I still wanted to find out… can it actually scramble? In this video I take the BSA away from the tarmac and onto some local trails to see how it copes when things get loose, muddy and a little more challenging. We’ll take a look at the bike, talk through some of the specs, see what it’s like to ride on the road and, most importantly, find out whether the Scrambler name is more than just styling. After two weeks with it, I’ve genuinely enjoyed every ride. It’s simple, good-looking and just a fun motorcycle to jump on and ride. And as I found out, it’s not afraid of getting a little dirty either! 🏍️ **18 YEARS OFF THE ROAD! | Loughborough Bike & Trike Meet** We headed down to our local **Loughborough Town Bike & Trike Meet** for a walk around and to see what bikes and trikes had turned up. This one was a bit special for me because I took my **1982 Honda XL250R**. I restored this bike around three years ago after it had been found in a cellar in France, where it had sat unseen for around 15 years. As far as I know, this is the **first proper time the bike has been back out on the road in around 18 years!** And what better place to take it than our local bike meet. Unfortunately, there’s also a more serious subject in this video — **motorcycle theft**. It’s been around a year since we last spoke about the problem, but things certainly haven’t got any better. Motorcycle and vehicle theft continues to be a huge concern locally, with theft across the **Borough of Charnwood** reaching worrying levels. We talk about what’s happening, why I take motorcycle security so seriously and what I now do to give my bikes the best chance of still being there when I come back! It’s time for the first service on my CFMOTO 1000MT-X! In this video, I take the bike to my local CFMOTO dealership Smalley Cross Motorcycles, where Craig the mechanic carries out its all-important first service. We’ve been given access behind the scenes in the workshop, so you can see exactly what gets checked, what work is involved and whether Craig finds any problems with the bike. I’ve got a problem… the new CFMOTO 1000MT-X is booked in for its first service tomorrow, but I still need to get the miles on it! So Amy jumps on the back and we set ourselves a challenge — **300 miles in 24 hours**, while visiting as many Bike & Brew locations as we can along the way. I’ve been invited to **Cadwell Park by Bikesure** for a full day on track — and of course, I had to bring my Yamaha R6 along! But this wasn’t just about the R6. Yamaha, Honda, Triumph and Suzuki brought along a selection of press bikes for us to ride, giving me the chance to jump off my own track bike and straight onto some of the latest machinery. During the day I managed to get out on bikes including the **Triumph Street Triple 765 RX, Honda CBR600RR, Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, Suzuki GSX-S1000 and GSX-R1000R**. Some of these bikes have nearly **twice the power of my R6**, but does that actually make them more fun around a tight and technical circuit like Cadwell Park? And after riding a brand-new CBR600RR, it raises another question — was Yamaha right to discontinue the road-going R6? There were definitely a few bikes here that seriously surprised me!
